Where do you deliver products from?
We deliver directly from our store located in Liberty Township, Ohio.
Do you ship internationally?
As a small business, we are not able to ship internationally. We deliver within a 5-mile radius from our store.
Some exceptions may apply. Please contact the store for more information.
What items are available for delivery?
All items that are carried in store are available for local delivery, EXCEPT frozen items. At this time, we are
unable to package frozen items properly to be left outside of homes. We may be able to accommodate
customers who will be home at the time of delivery. Please call (513) 777-5777 for considerations.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
We personally deliver orders on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 2:00PM – 4:00PM.
Our staff will separate your order as soon as we receive it and make sure it is ready on the designated
delivery day.
Do you have same day delivery?
If you place your order by 1:00PM on Mon, Wed., or Fri., you will receive your order on that day within
the 2-hour delivery period. If you place your order after 1:00PM on Mon, Wed, or Fri, you will receive your order
within the 2-hour delivery period on the following delivery day.
What if there is a delay with my order?
We will contact you if there are any delays or issues with your order via email and/or phone.
When will my order arrive?
When you receive the email that your order is out for delivery, you will receive a 2-hour time frame in which
your order will arrive. We will update you if there are any changes to your delivery time.
How much is delivery?
There is a flat rate of $4.99 on all orders under $50 before tax. Orders $50+ minimum are
eligible for free delivery.
Who is delivering my order?
One of our team members will be personally delivering your order.
Can you combine delivery charges on more than one item?
Delivery charges are based on your total order. We do not charge delivery per item.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes, we will provide your receipt with your delivered order.
